Our Story

From our kitchen

To Your Table

MegChOw started with one pot, one recipe and a long list of friends who kept asking for more. Today we cook for weeknight dinners and 300-guest weddings — with the same hand on the spoon.

Cooked Like Sunday

Every dish on our menu is something we grew up eating. The jollof gets its smoke from a real open flame, not a bottle. The egusi is ground fresh. The ayamase sits long enough for the peppers to give in.

We cook in small batches each morning, which is why some things sell out — we'd rather run out than reheat yesterday's pot for you.

Whether you're ordering one plate on a Tuesday or feeding two hundred guests on a Saturday, it comes out of the same kitchen, made with the same care.
