Food is personal. If something arrives wrong, tell us quickly and we'll fix it without a fight.
Quality issues
If a dish arrives cold or doesn't taste right, let us know the same day. Because food is perishable we don't ask for it back; a photo helps us work out what went wrong in the kitchen.
Cancelling an order
Cancel free of charge until the kitchen starts cooking, usually within 10 minutes of ordering. After that we can only refund items we haven't already prepared.
Catering deposits
Catering bookings take a 30% deposit. Cancel more than 7 days before the event for a full refund; between 7 and 3 days we refund half; inside 72 hours the deposit covers ingredients already bought.
How long refunds take
Card refunds land in 3 to 5 business days. Bank transfers are returned within 2 business days. Cash orders are refunded in cash or as store credit.
