How far ahead should I order?

Same-day orders are fine — everything is cooked to order and takes 45 to 70 minutes. For Friday and Saturday evenings, ordering a few hours ahead saves you a wait.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Call us within 10 minutes and we can usually adjust it. Once the pot is on, we can add dishes but not remove them.

What does 'Naija Hot' actually mean?

It's the heat we cook for ourselves — scotch bonnet forward and unapologetic. If you're unsure, Hot is already a proper kick; Medium suits most first-timers.

Yes. Jollof rice, moi moi, plantain, and several soups can be made without meat or stockfish. Note it in the special instructions.

Covered, always. Two minutes in the microwave, or ten minutes at 325°F with a splash of water in the stew.

How many people does a full tray feed?

A full tray serves 18 to 22 as a main, or up to 30 alongside two other dishes. Half trays are roughly half that.

Yes — catering deliveries include chafing trays, fuel and setup. We can also staff the buffet for larger events.

How far in advance should I book catering?

Two weeks for events under 50 guests, four weeks for anything larger or on a holiday weekend.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay and cash on pickup. Catering runs on a 30% deposit with the balance due on the day.
