Terms & Conditions

An order is accepted once you receive an order number. We may decline or refund an order if an ingredient runs out or the delivery address falls outside our service area.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout, except for catering, which runs on a deposit and a final balance due on the event day.

Our kitchen handles peanuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten and egg. We take care with allergy notes but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free dish. Tell us about severe allergies before ordering.

Catering is confirmed by a signed quote and deposit. Final headcount is due 72 hours before the event; changes after that are billed at the original per-head rate.
